Eligibility, required data, and what happens after you submit.
Eligibility
- Operates at least one Antarctica or Arctic expedition voyage with public sailing dates
- Has a minimum of 20 public reviews on at least one of Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Cruise Critic, or Travelstride
- Publishes fleet capacity and at least an entry-level fare
Data we need from you
- Vessel name(s), passenger capacity, ice class
- Entry-level fare and voyage length
- Gratuity and single-supplement policy
- IAATO or AECO membership status
What happens next
We verify submitted data against the operator's own published materials and independent review platforms before adding a rating. A flat, disclosed submission-review fee applies and does not affect the resulting tier or score; see our methodology and editorial policy for how scores are set.
